What you will do
- Own the strategy and multi-quarter outcomes for a specific product area, translating company objectives into clear execution plans.
- Run discovery and insight systems, including research and feedback loops, to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate deeply with engineering on implementation, architecture, and long-term technical direction.
- Set GTM direction, including input on positioning and pricing, in partnership with RevOps and Product Marketing.
- Make sophisticated trade-offs across scope, quality, and timing to protect long-term technical health.
- Act as a credible product voice with senior internal stakeholders and key merchants.
Requirements
- Track record of owning a product area or substantial problem space end-to-end.
- Strong product judgment in ambiguous, high-stakes situations with clear reasoning.
- Technical fluency to partner effectively with engineers on architectural trade-offs.
- Evidence-led decision-making using data, research, and merchant input.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align conflicting interests.
- Must be based in the UK, Hungary, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, or South Africa.
Nice to have
- Experience in payments, fintech, or other complex, regulated infrastructure domains.
- Experience building or improving the systems and rituals a product team runs on.
