Salary: £116,535 - £137,100

What you will do

• Own and evolve a portfolio of data platform products to enable value-driven lending decisions.
• Design scalable, reusable data capabilities for consumption across multiple business teams.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and build to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, engineers, and data specialists to align product outcomes with strategic goals.
• Embed a data-driven culture by ensuring data is well-governed, accessible, and actively leveraged.

Requirements

• 8+ years of proven experience in Product Ownership or Product Management within data or platform-led environments.
• Strong experience building and scaling data platform products with a focus on reusability and cross-team consumption.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage data to drive business value, optimization, or commercial outcomes.
• Solid understanding of data management principles including quality, lineage, and governance.
• Strong stakeholder leadership skills with the ability to influence senior management and translate strategy into delivery.
• Experience delivering outcomes in agile environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer lending, affordability, or credit risk environments.
• Exposure to large-scale data platforms and cloud environments such as Google Cloud Platform.
• People leadership experience in developing high-performing product teams.
