What you will do

• Own account strategy, growth execution, and P&L for the TMT sector.
• Identify and close new business opportunities through compelling pitches and Statements of Work (SOW).
• Negotiate pricing and engagement structures to ensure client value and healthy margins.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders from VP to C-suite across technology and finance functions.
• Connect client needs with internal hirify.global capabilities and practice leaders.
• Drive overall client satisfaction by proactively anticipating needs and resolving issues.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in client management or business development in data-driven marketing or analytics.
• Minimum 5 years of focused experience in the TMT sector (Telecom/ISP).
• Established network of senior relationships within telecom and ISP organizations.
• Deep understanding of telco use cases: churn reduction, CLV, and AI-driven customer experience.
• Must be based in Denver, CO, USA.
• Background in Big 4 or top-tier management consulting strongly preferred.
