What you will do
- Own end-to-end product strategy and execution for card programs, including credit, rewards, and stablecoin-linked cards.
- Manage core infrastructure components such as ledger systems, card processing platforms, BIN sponsorships, and fulfillment operations.
- Lead vendor strategy, including the selection, negotiation, and technical validation of processors and network relationships.
- Build scalable operational frameworks to support multiple concurrent card programs without degrading system reliability.
- Define the architecture and roadmap required to significantly scale card volume across multiple product lines.
- Collaborate with engineering to translate complex card infrastructure into clear, buildable product requirements.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 8–12+ years of experience in product, payments, fintech, card issuing, or financial infrastructure.
- Proven ownership of at least one full card program from inception to production.
- Deep understanding of ledger systems, processing platforms, BIN sponsorship, and network operations.
- Experience negotiating and managing relationships with payment processors and BIN sponsors.
- Ability to design scalable financial and operational architectures.

- Experience across multiple card programs or payment rails, including credit, debit, rewards, or alternative payment systems.
