What you will do

• Set the multi-quarter roadmap for data sources across documents, fraud, and aggregation, aligning it with revenue and client commitments.
• Define and ship the fraud signal layer, including document tampering detection, deposit-pattern anomalies, and synthetic income flags.
• Optimize bank aggregation products, focusing on connection success rates, refresh cadence, and transaction enrichment.
• Own and improve key metrics such as parse accuracy, fraud catch rates, and SLA hit rates for data delivery.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to write technical specs and 1-pagers for scalable data capabilities.
• Engage weekly with clients like mortgage lenders and government agencies to translate feedback into prioritized features.

Requirements

• 7+ years in product management, with significant experience in data, ML/AI, fintech, or identity platforms.
• Proven track record of owning data-intensive products such as OCR, document understanding, or financial data aggregation.
• Strong technical fluency in extraction models, API tradeoffs, and pipeline architecture.
• Experience driving concrete SLA and reliability outcomes in a production environment.
• Knowledge of regulated industries, particularly familiarity with GSE, FCRA, FNMA, and FHLMC.
• Ability to thrive in a high-ambiguity startup environment.
