Senior Product Manager — Fintech / Lending / Cards
Location: Panama (relocation support available) or remotely
Salary: competitive, discussed individually
Fast-growing fintech company in Panama is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead lending and card products across a large payments ecosystem.
The role includes ownership of:
- Credit line products
- Credit cards & debit cards
- BNPL
- Product funnels & activation
- Portfolio growth & repayment behavior
- Risk-adjusted profitability
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Product Management
- Strong fintech / lending / cards experience
- Experience with consumer lending, BNPL, credit cards or digital banking
- Understanding of activation, retention, monetization and portfolio metrics
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (risk, tech, marketing, operations)
Strong advantage:
- Revolving credit products
- Visa / Mastercard products
- LATAM or emerging markets experience
- Understanding of NPL, delinquency, underwriting or credit risk metrics
This role is ideal for someone who thinks like a business owner, not only a Product Manager.
