What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end cards product lifecycle from strategy and roadmap to launch and optimization.
  • Define and prioritize product capabilities including cashback, rewards, expense management, and card controls.
  • Partner with UI/UX teams to create intuitive user journeys for card issuance, activation, and management.
  • Manage relationships with card schemes like Visa and processors to enable new features and ensure compliance.
  • Lead program delivery across APAC, EMEA, and North America, coordinating with Engineering, Legal, and Risk teams.
  • Define and track product success metrics to drive adoption, usage, and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Lead.
  • Strong experience in card issuing within B2B or B2C environments.
  • Deep understanding of card lifecycle, processing, and scheme requirements.
  • Proven ability to own and deliver products end-to-end.
  • Experience working across global card programs in APAC, EMEA, and North America.
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
