What you will do

• Define the product vision and roadmap for accounting connectivity and ERP integrations with systems such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, and Sage Intacct.
• Optimize core accounting workflows, including expense management, invoicing, bill pay, and AR/AP reconciliation.
• Design systems that unify business and personal financial data while maintaining strict accounting integrity.
• Partner with engineering and design to build reliable financial infrastructure and minimize manual reconciliation.
• Collaborate with banking, credit, and payments teams to synchronize financial flows across the platform.
• Translate complex needs of CPAs, controllers, and CFOs into clear product requirements and intuitive user experiences.

Requirements

• 4–10+ years of experience in product management, fintech, or financial systems roles.
• Deep working knowledge of accounting workflows (accrual vs cash basis, close cycles, journal entries, and audit requirements).
• Hands-on experience with at least two major ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite, Sage Intacct).
• Proven experience building or integrating products within accounting or fintech ecosystems.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design interconnected financial workflows and data structures.
• Must be based in the United States.
