What you will do

• Own the end-to-end reporting product surface area and workflows.
• Transform complex fund data into investor-grade outputs like capital account statements and disclosures.
• Partner with engineering and design to build scalable report generation primitives.
• Collaborate with operations to identify friction and improve time-to-report.
• Define and track success metrics across adoption, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain a high bar for data integrity, traceability, and customer trust.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of product management experience in B2B Fintech.
• Strong product execution skills including shipping, iteration, and prioritization.
• Experience working in domains with high correctness requirements like accounting or compliance.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into simple product logic and surfaces.
• Analytical mindset with experience defining metrics and making data-informed tradeoffs.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering on reliable, high-rigor systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with fund reporting concepts and performance metrics (NAV, IRR, TVPI, DPI).
• Exposure to investor reporting workflows.
