What you will do

• Own the platform strategy and roadmap for shared services, prioritizing initiatives based on scalability and business impact.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for APIs, authentication, and system integrations.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering and architecture teams to design reusable platform capabilities.
• Champion reliability, security, and regulatory compliance across all platform components.
• Define and track key performance indicators such as adoption, reuse, and platform performance metrics.
• Translate strategic platform needs into clear user stories and requirements for engineering execution.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, EMR, healthcare technology, or infrastructure products.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, event-driven architecture, and identity management.
• Proven ability to define governance models that balance flexibility with standardization.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud-native microservices and multi-tenant SaaS systems.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations such as HIPAA.
• Background in EHR/EMR platform development.
