What you will do

• Own and nurture long-term relationships between the company and its B2B partners.
• Act as a bridge between partners and internal Project Managers, Product Owners, and Technical teams.
• Coordinate and communicate system integrations, product feature roadmaps, and releases to partners.
• Educate partners on available systems, tools, and features to maximize platform value.
• Track, report, and analyze account status based on relevant KPIs and partner projections.
• Contribute to day-to-day operational discussions and long-term business strategy.

Requirements

• Relevant experience as an Account Manager within the iGaming industry, ideally with a Platform Provider.
• Proven track record in people management and strong interpersonal skills.
• Commercial awareness of how operators leverage platform capabilities to drive performance.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Commercial, Product, and Technical departments.
• Ability to work independently and diplomatically in a team environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
