Location: Remote; must be based in Czechia, Poland, Serbia, Spain, or Portugal

What you will do

  • Manage operational stability, incident management, and SLA control for assigned game providers.
  • Drive revenue growth and provider distribution across the operator network.
  • Negotiate improved commercial conditions, exclusive deals, and strategic opportunities.
  • Coordinate provider promotional campaigns in collaboration with Marketing and Account Management teams.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and maintain provider-related documentation.
  • Build and strengthen long-term strategic relationships through regular communication and face-to-face meetings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, or business development within the iGaming industry.
  • Solid understanding of the provider, aggregator, and operator ecosystem.
  • Experience managing B2B relationships and conducting commercial negotiations.
  • English and Russian: C1 level (written and spoken) required.
  • Proficiency with CRM, Jira, Confluence, Notion, and analytical tools (spreadsheets/dashboards).
  • Must be based in Czechia, Poland, Serbia, Spain, or Portugal.

  • Experience with AI tools.
