Vendor Manager (iGaming): Managing operational and strategic relationships with 3rd-party vendors for a scalable SaaS iGaming platform with an accent on partner ecosystem development and commercial negotiations. Focus on optimizing vendor reliability, handling complex escalations, and increasing ecosystem monetization.
Location: Remote (Must be based in Czechia, Serbia, Poland, Portugal, or Latvia)

A global SaaS provider specializing in turnkey and white-label solutions for iGaming operators with a distributed team of over 400 professionals.
What you will do
- Own operational communication, coordination, and relationship management with assigned 3rd-party vendors.
- Maintain vendor documentation, partner registries, and manage access requests and test keys.
- Support the Product team in resolving vendor-related issues and managing escalation processes.
- Benchmark partner solutions to build and maintain a preferred vendor pool and a trusted ecosystem.
- Lead commercial negotiations with external vendors and develop referral or revshare opportunities.
- Track vendor responsiveness and prepare operational status reports for stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in partnerships or vendor management, including at least 2 years in the iGaming industry.
- English proficiency at B2+ level and native Russian.
- Deep understanding of the iGaming platform ecosystem and B2B relationship models.
- Proven experience in commercial negotiations and managing the platform integration lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, and CRM systems.
- Must be located in one of the following countries: Czechia, Serbia, Poland, Portugal, or Latvia.
