What you will do

  • Manage daily communication with assigned platform clients
  • Coordinate ongoing client requests, issues, and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with Support, Product, Payments, and Providers teams
  • Monitor task statuses and provide timely client updates
  • Assist clients with platform-related operational questions
  • Support client retention and identify growth opportunities

Requirements

  • English: B2 or higher required
  • Russian language required
  • Experience in iGaming industry
  • Understanding of platform operations, casino/sportsbook workflows, and client communication
  • Experience with Back Office systems, CRM, or task tracking tools is a plus
  • Experience coordinating with multiple internal teams and handling client requests
