What you will do
- Manage daily communication with assigned platform clients
- Coordinate ongoing client requests, issues, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with Support, Product, Payments, and Providers teams
- Monitor task statuses and provide timely client updates
- Assist clients with platform-related operational questions
- Support client retention and identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- English: B2 or higher required
- Russian language required
- Experience in iGaming industry
- Understanding of platform operations, casino/sportsbook workflows, and client communication
- Experience with Back Office systems, CRM, or task tracking tools is a plus
- Experience coordinating with multiple internal teams and handling client requests
