What you will do

  • Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing Account Management team, establishing clear structure and career progression.
  • Execute commercial strategies across multiple markets to drive sustained revenue growth and partner performance.
  • Manage and expand relationships with key strategic partners, including direct ownership of VIP accounts.
  • Drive product monetization improvements by leveraging data, insights, and new capabilities.
  • Implement and optimize CRM systems and processes to improve efficiency and reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the iGaming industry, ideally within an affiliate environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of negotiating and optimizing high-value deals.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing commercial teams.
  • Ability to define and execute market-level commercial strategies across multiple geographies.
  • Strong analytical mindset to use data for driving performance improvements.
  • Experience engaging and influencing senior C-level stakeholders.
