What you will do

• Design and operate Cisco SD-WAN architectures, implementing segmentation, application-aware routing, and leading WAN-to-SD-WAN migrations.
• Manage BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP routing protocols to ensure high availability and efficient path selection across global sites.
• Implement and optimize Cisco wireless networks using Catalyst 9800 WLCs and secure 802.1X access via Cisco ISE.
• Develop network automation scripts using Ansible and Python to integrate with Cisco APIs and reduce manual operational tasks.
• Partner with Cloud Engineering to design and support hybrid AWS connectivity and high-availability routing.
• Operate Cisco Firepower NGFW and partner with security teams to enforce Zero Trust principles.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of enterprise network engineering experience.
• CCNP certification (required).
• Advanced expertise in Cisco networking, specifically SD-WAN, BGP, and OSPF.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst 9000, Catalyst 9800 WLC, Firepower NGFW, and Cisco ISE.
• Proficiency in network automation using Ansible or Python.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Professional English proficiency (C1) for daily global collaboration.

Nice to have

• CCNP Enterprise Automation (ENAUTO 300-425).
• Experience in 24/7 global support environments.
• ITIL (Incident & Change Management) and ServiceNow experience.
