Location: Hybrid (Manchester, UK). Must be based in the UK and spend 3-4 days per week in the office; first 3 months are full-time onsite

Salary: £25,400 (pro rata)

What you will do

• Process customer requests and handle financial transactions efficiently.
• Produce professional letters and emails for clients.
• Maintain accurate records on internal databases and systems.
• Resolve customer queries via phone and email.
• Collaborate with Client Servicing Administration teams to ensure award-winning service.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs grades 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent, including Maths and English.
• Strong numerical ability and competent IT skills, including experience with Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Nice to have

• Experience of financial services or a keen interest in the sector.
