TL;DR

Client Services Manager (Fintech): Leading and managing the customer service function for a regulated financial advice SaaS platform with an accent on operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 / year

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the client service team to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Design and implement workflow processes and process improvements within Intelligent Office.
  • Ensure all customer service practices align with industry regulations and internal compliance protocols.
  • Prepare and present regular pipeline and funds-under-advice reports to senior management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Manage SLAs across the team to ensure performance meets company standards.

Requirements

  • Understanding of Financial Services, preferably within the regulated financial advice sector.
  • Experience in a customer service environment, preferably in an internet-based business.
  • Proficiency in the use of Intelligent Office.
  • Competence in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must be based in the UK with full right to work.
