What you will do

  • Handle inbound motor insurance claims calls with empathy and professionalism.
  • Capture detailed information regarding incidents, vehicles, and involved parties.
  • Negotiate claim settlements within agreed service level agreements.
  • Maintain accurate claim files and handle administrative tasks including email correspondence.
  • Identify and escalate potential fraudulent activity according to internal procedures.
  • Manage customer expectations by providing clear updates on claim status.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United Kingdom
  • Ability to commit to working either a Saturday or Sunday plus bank holidays.
  • Flexibility to complete a full-time training period of up to 35 hours per week.
  • Strong communication skills with a calm and reassuring telephone manner.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
