What you will do
- Handle inbound motor insurance claims calls with empathy and professionalism.
- Capture detailed information regarding incidents, vehicles, and involved parties.
- Negotiate claim settlements within agreed service level agreements.
- Maintain accurate claim files and handle administrative tasks including email correspondence.
- Identify and escalate potential fraudulent activity according to internal procedures.
- Manage customer expectations by providing clear updates on claim status.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United Kingdom
- Ability to commit to working either a Saturday or Sunday plus bank holidays.
- Flexibility to complete a full-time training period of up to 35 hours per week.
- Strong communication skills with a calm and reassuring telephone manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
