What you will do
- Administer policies, handle queries, and respond to complaints from financial advisers.
- Assist with account setup and identify appropriate financial product solutions.
- Manage administration for pensions, investments, and fund transfers.
- Prepare accurate letters and financial documents with high attention to detail.
- Process adviser requests via phone and email in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for recording and interpreting report data.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and personal responsibility for work quality.
