What you will do

  • Manage and respond to customer tickets via email, phone, and live chat.
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints effectively.
  • Prioritize incoming tickets based on urgency, impact, and service level agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in ticketing systems.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Experience with live chat support.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Nottingham.
