What you will do
- Administer policies, answer queries, and resolve complaints for financial advisers.
- Support various business areas including the administration of pensions, investments, and transfers.
- Prepare accurate letters and financial documents with high attention to detail.
- Process adviser requests within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) via phone and email.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products and services to deliver appropriate outcomes.
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for recording and interpreting report data.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
