What you will do

• Provide administrative support for pension scheme servicing activities.
• Handle payment reconciliation and maintain accurate records using spreadsheets and internal systems.
• Resolve queries regarding pension contribution submissions and member updates.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls to support schemes and provide updates.
• Ensure all activities follow internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Record customer information accurately across multiple systems and processes.

Requirements

• Strong administrative experience in a busy operational or customer service environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and confidence working across multiple software systems.
• High attention to detail, particularly when working with payments, records, or data.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Cardiff for hybrid work.
