hirify.global creates customizable furniture and is launching a design studio focused on helping customers discover and configure its products.

What you will do

• Introduce customers to hirify.global’s design-first approach and customizable furniture.
• Provide design advice tailored to customers’ spaces and needs.
• Use storytelling and the digital configurator to guide customers from inspiration to purchase.
• Create exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales goals.
• Collaborate with the Warsaw headquarters and Design Advisors across Europe.
• Help shape hirify.global’s offline retail experience and Dutch market presence.

Requirements

• Previous customer-facing experience in retail, a design showroom, a concept store, hospitality, or a similar setting.
• Strong interest in design, interiors, architecture, or furniture.
• Natural ability to connect with people and create memorable customer experiences.
• Proactive, curious approach and comfort using digital tools.
• Dutch and English at a fluent, C1 level.
• Working rights in the Netherlands.
