What you will do

• Lead planning and execution of complex programmes to ensure delivery of scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
• Manage a portfolio of strategic programmes, owning financials, contract delivery, risk, and opportunity management.
• Serve as the primary customer interface to align programme execution with organizational strategy.
• Establish best practice programme governance, tools, and methodologies.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment and manage concurrent project timelines.
• Provide consolidated programme reporting to senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing large, complex programmes or project portfolios, ideally in aerospace or engineering.
• Demonstrated expertise in commercial programme management, including budgets, contracts, and pricing.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to influence across all organizational levels.
• Proficiency with programme management tools and governance frameworks.
• Security Clearance Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance is required and must be maintained.
