What you will do
- Provide end-user support for internal Salesforce systems.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues while maintaining accurate ticket records.
- Manage user access, including setup and deactivation.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and training materials.
- Coordinate with Product Owners and development squads for complex troubleshooting.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of ITIL principles, specifically incident and problem management.
- Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
