What you will do

• Gather requirements and document solution designs for Salesforce applications.
• Execute declarative configuration and develop custom solutions using Apex and VisualForce.
• Lead client projects and internal teams to ensure successful project go-lives.
• Participate in the full application lifecycle from technical design to deployment.
• Build Salesforce.com product extensions and new native products on the force.com platform.
• Collaborate with consultants, architects, and sales teams to ensure customer success.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Washington, DC Metro Area.
• Willingness to travel 50%.
• 5+ years of software development experience, preferably in consulting.
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce.com.
• Proficiency in Java, HTML, JSP, or ASP.
• College degree.

Nice to have

• Experience with Apex and Visualforce.
• Salesforce.com Certifications (Dev-401, Dev-501).
