What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce Consultants through the full project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define, design, and implement custom Salesforce solutions.
• Provide hands-on technical assistance for integrations, security, and application customization.
• Manage technical delivery, including requirements gathering, design documentation, and testing.
• Introduce new methodologies, technologies, and tools to enhance the technical ecosystem.
• Solve complex technical and integration challenges with creative, scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in professional services consulting for Salesforce.
• 1-2+ years of experience managing project delivery of CRM implementations.
• Strong architectural familiarity with LWC and Visualforce frameworks.
• Proven experience designing integration strategies and scoping data flows.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce automation tools like Flow Builder and platform security architecture.
• Strong desire to work in both design and hands-on implementation modes.

Nice to have

• Design and Solution Architect experience.
• Salesforce Admin Certification.
• B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering.
