What you will do

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of bids, from opportunity assessment to submission.
• Develop bid strategies aligned with business goals and client requirements.
• Coordinate inputs from sales, legal, finance, and technical teams to produce comprehensive proposals.
• Review and edit proposal content for clarity, compliance, and impact.
• Manage bid timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet strict deadlines.
• Conduct post-bid reviews and maintain bid templates, case studies, and best practices.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in bid management, proposal development, or commercial operations.
• Fluent English.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Proficiency in proposal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of commercial contracts and procurement processes.
