What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of medium to highly complex regulatory projects, from business case definition to final handover.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with project sponsors and key stakeholders to ensure programme success.
• Create and manage high-quality project plans, including risk mitigation strategies and resource forecasting.
• Monitor progress against scope, schedule, budget, and benefits, providing regular management information to steering committees.
• Lead and motivate delivery teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to governance standards, including maintaining accurate RACI and RAID logs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK or Ireland.
• Strong programme and project management capability with experience managing multiple workstreams and dependencies.
• Demonstrable experience in assessing and evidencing business and operational readiness.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Strong ownership mindset with a focus on outcomes and benefits realisation.
• Proficiency with delivery tools and reporting, with Jira experience highly desirable.

Nice to have

• Relevant professional qualifications such as PRINCE2, AgilePM, MSP, or PMP.
• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
