Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Manchester, UK (Hybrid: 2 days per week in office).

Salary: £54,300–£60,700

What you will do

• Lead project delivery end-to-end, ensuring milestones are achieved and outcomes are delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed.
• Work across IT and operational teams to drive progress and hold delivery to agreed plans.
• Produce core project components such as business cases, project plans, and PIDs.
• Support process review and continuous improvement activities within the Operations teams.
• Coach and motivate project teams, driving best practices and capturing learnings.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Manchester, UK.
• Experience delivering technology or business change projects.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and provide constructive challenge.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and building effective relationships.
• Ability to analyze information and make decisions in complex situations.
