What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end bid lifecycle across complex RFPs, RFQs and strategic tender opportunities.
• Develop winning strategies that align solutions to client challenges and evaluation criteria.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and SMEs to shape compelling propositions and pitch materials.
• Project manage multiple concurrent opportunities to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality submissions.
• Utilise AI tools to improve efficiency, insight generation and content development.
• Facilitate qualification reviews, bid workshops, and submission sign-off processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing bids and proposals within professional services or consultancy.
• Strong understanding of bid management best practices for new business and re-tenders.
• Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills to translate technical content into client-focused messaging.
• Confidence in influencing senior leaders and facilitating collaborative bid discussions.
• Experience working within regulated or public sector procurement environments.
• Must be based in the UK to support a hybrid working model.

Nice to have

• APMP accreditation or commitment to working towards the qualification.
• Experience in pitch coaching.
