What you will do

  • Position multi-suite security and compliance solutions to key decision-makers and C-suite executives.
  • Lead and manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Develop strategic account plans to identify and unlock high-value opportunities.
  • Source leads and build a strong pipeline using a consultative, multi-touch approach.
  • Forecast revenue with precision and contribute to long-term growth strategy.
  • Consistently surpass individual sales quotas and advance career growth.

Requirements

  • University degree in business, economics, marketing or comparable.
  • At least 3 years experience in B2B SaaS closing roles within enterprise or midmarket segments.
  • Proven sales track record with consistent quota achievement.
  • Proficient in outbound lead generation and MEDDIC sales methodology.
  • German native speaker level and fluent English skills required.
  • Analytical, confident, team player with a getting-things-done attitude.
