What you will do

  • Partner with Sales leadership to define strategies for closing and supporting opportunities in the DACH subregion.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of highly skilled Presales Engineers.
  • Develop and implement programs to scalably accelerate the sales funnel.
  • Define technical strategy and forecasting, utilizing data to make informed deployment decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, Legal, Security, and Engineering to ensure customer success.
  • Handle critical customer blocking issues and provide direct hands-on problem solving.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of presales experience in SaaS or CPaaS industries.
  • 3+ years of formal people leadership experience with a track record of coaching and professional growth.
  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent software engineering experience.
  • Deep understanding of IP-based telephony, messaging, real-time communications, and contact center technology.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure and AI systems.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in German.
  • Experience in post-sales technical consulting, software engineering, or product management.
