Location: Warsaw, PL - fully remote possible. 50% travel required in DACH region and Eastern Europe.

What you will do

• Coordinate all project activities during planning, procurement, production, on-site assembly, and commissioning in close consultation with customers, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Lead an experienced project team and chair project meetings.
• Handle claim management with customers and subcontractors.
• Document milestones and take full responsibility for costs, deadlines, and quality.
• Respond to changes in sub-goals and budget, implementing corrective actions for deviations.
• Report project progress to divisional and senior management.

Requirements

• Technical training or degree in mechanical engineering, automation technology, industrial engineering, or relevant field with investment project management knowledge.
• Several years of experience as project manager, preferably in logistics; turnkey projects advantageous.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, communication skills, goal-oriented with assertiveness.
• Proficient in MS Office (including MS Project), good CAD and SAP skills.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally (50% DACH plus Eastern Europe).
