What you will do
- Drive inbound sales growth and identify new leads through inbound channels.
- Advise customers on potential solutions and build strong relationships via excellent service.
- Prepare professional email sequences and handle customer correspondence promptly.
- Conduct online platform demos to showcase product features and benefits.
- Create and negotiate offers to close deals with potential customers.
- Upsell to active customers by identifying additional value and benefits.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales role with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- English: C1+ (Excellent written and verbal communication) required.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address customer pain points.
- Comfortable using a variety of technology platforms and tools.
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- Experience working with diverse companies and industries.
