What you will do
- Qualify inbound prospects by monitoring and responding to website chats and contact forms.
- Identify and share relevant digital intelligence data to showcase product value to prospects.
- Fill the sales pipeline by achieving targets for the number of meetings scheduled between prospects and sales managers.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to execute campaigns targeting the registered user base.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong work ethic and ability to develop professional relationships.
- Must be based in Prague to work in a hybrid office setup.
