What you will do

  • Qualify inbound prospects by monitoring and responding to website chats and contact forms.
  • Identify and share relevant digital intelligence data to showcase product value to prospects.
  • Fill the sales pipeline by achieving targets for the number of meetings scheduled between prospects and sales managers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to execute campaigns targeting the registered user base.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to develop professional relationships.
  • Must be based in Prague to work in a hybrid office setup.

  • Experience working with Salesforce.
