What you will do

• Progress a varied clinical negligence caseload from investigation through resolution.
• Review medical records and investigate liability.
• Liaise with clients, medical experts, and Counsel.
• Conduct legal research and prepare court documents.
• Support claims throughout the litigation process.

Requirements

• Previous clinical negligence experience.
• Good understanding of CPR and Pre-Action Protocols.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong commitment to client care.
• Availability to attend an office interview during the week commencing 26 October or 2 November, if selected.
