Senior Lawyer Employment Rights

Location: Hybrid role based in Nottingham or Birmingham, United Kingdom

Salary: £55,515–£57,180 per year

What you will do

• Manage large and complex employment rights cases from start to finish.
• Make daily decisions that materially affect case strategy and outcomes.
• Undertake advocacy at the case management stage in the Employment Tribunal.
• Support colleagues and provide supervision and mentorship to junior team members.
• Build and maintain relationships with trade union clients and officials at regional and national level.

Requirements

• Qualification as a solicitor, barrister, or Legal Executive.
• Strong understanding of employment law and experience managing cases through to completion.
• Solid knowledge of Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal litigation processes.
• Clear and concise communication skills, sound judgment, and leadership ability.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement based in Nottingham or Birmingham, United Kingdom.
