Lawyer - Equal Pay

Location: Hybrid work from the Manchester or Liverpool office in the North West of England

Salary: £34,379 per year

What you will do

• Assist with existing employment rights and equal pay cases.
• Manage a caseload of predominantly equal pay claims.
• Support and progress cases from inception through resolution.
• Develop ownership of an independent caseload as experience grows.
• Work with experienced legal professionals to achieve strong outcomes for clients.

Requirements

• Lawyer, Legal Executive, or solicitor qualification or experience.
• Litigation experience in civil courts or tribunals.
• Excellent organisational skills and sound legal judgement.
• Understanding of and empathy for clients, with a strong commitment to client care.
• Employment or equal pay experience is not required; full training is provided.
