What you will do

• Lead technical operations and R&D activities to improve organization products and services.
• Drive technical sales by conducting briefings, researching customer specifications, and estimating costs and resource requirements.
• Design and oversee the implementation of custom technical solutions in accordance with customer specifications.
• Diagnose malfunctions of complex systems and direct repair work performed by engineering technicians.
• Conduct technical user training and product briefings for customers.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of theoretical concepts and principles of an engineering discipline.
• Advanced knowledge of Integrated Avionics, Payload, Motor Controls, or Solid State Recorders.
• Ability to work independently and solve complex, undefined technical challenges.
• Experience coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level engineers.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled information.
