What you will do

• Oversee large and complex strategic advisory engagements for executive-level clients.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the advisory practice, including staffing and resource allocation.
• Coach, mentor, and develop a team of highly skilled consultants.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for difficult client situations.
• Develop and maintain tools, processes, and methodologies to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with sales teams to scope new customer engagements and support business growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• At least 10 years of experience in IT/Security Management Consulting, Security Program Development, or Security Operations.
• Proven leadership experience in a matrixed consulting environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level interaction.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, often on short notice.
