TL;DR

Director, Strategic Alliances (Cybersecurity/PKI): Manage a small team of technology partner managers and create, execute, and manage technology partnerships across hirify.global’s digital security portfolio with an accent on HSMs, key/certificate/secrets management, and PKI integration. Focus on building “better together” go-to-market and co-selling strategies, negotiating partner agreements, and driving growth through high-influence strategic technology partners.

Location: Canada (Ontario Remote) or US (Remote) — Eastern Time Zone

Salary: $177,177–$259,860 per year

What you will do

  • Lead technology partnership strategy and manage high-profile strategic technology partners in hirify.global’s digital security portfolio.
  • Manage and coach a small team of technology partner managers, advising on technology partner management end-to-end.
  • Develop and maintain go-to-market relationships to increase sales of combined solutions, coordinating with product, legal, sales, channel, and marketing stakeholders.
  • Recruit and grow strategic partners into the hirify.global Ready technology partner program, including negotiating partner agreements with hirify.global legal.
  • Identify and execute collaboration opportunities across multiple technology and solution areas with strategic partners.
  • Represent hirify.global at trade shows and customer/partner events as needed.

Requirements

  • Work authorization: Must be able to lawfully work within the USA
  • 10+ years of technology alliances experience, including technology partnership development and co-selling relationships.
  • 10+ years of cybersecurity technology experience, including selling and presenting to both technical and business buyers.
  • Strong understanding of HSMs, key/certificate/secrets management, and PKI.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
