What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Threat Strategy Managers to drive professional growth and technical excellence.
• Manage customer escalations and serve as an internal advocate to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive strategies to meet complex customer requirements using hirify.global solutions.
• Identify and prioritize team goals aligned with corporate objectives.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve service delivery processes and customer interaction models.
• Maintain deep expertise in the evolving threat landscape to provide guidance on discovered threats.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in information security.
• 6+ years of industry experience in client services, sales engineering, or IT operations.
• Proven experience with managed security services or consultancy.
• Strong understanding of threat protection technologies (Gateway, TAP, TRAP).
• Background in security, specifically regarding threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of email threat landscape (phishing, BEC, malware).
• Familiarity with SIEM technologies and security event correlation.
• Experience with customer success platforms like Salesforce or Totango.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
