Salary: $140,000 – $210,000 + Equity.

What you will do

• Own the product design process from initial concept to shipped code.
• Build working prototypes and contribute directly to the codebase via PRs.
• Integrate AI tools into the design and development workflow to accelerate shipping.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to solve complex industrial domain problems.
• Translate user research and expert insights into intuitive, high-craft interfaces.
• Iterate on product features based on customer feedback and evolving market needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven track record of finding untapped product opportunities through customer integration.
• Ability to take ideas from sketches to working prototypes and shipped code.
• Fluency with design tools and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Pragmatic approach to design craft while accommodating industrial persona constraints.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in end-to-end product design and implementation.
