What you will do

- Convert inbound interest into active partnerships through engaging communication.
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and improve sales strategies.
- Hit and exceed KPIs and sales targets with a proactive and determined approach.
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in English and French is required.
- 1–3 years of experience in a high-volume sales environment.
- Proven track record in outbound selling, including cold calling and closing.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce and standard business tools.
- Ability to adapt quickly and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
