What you will do

• Analyze business needs and facilitate workshops to gather requirements.
• Collaborate with shopfloor personnel to understand specific manufacturing requirements.
• Define user needs and develop detailed User Stories.
• Write and consolidate functional specifications.
• Develop test plans and participate in IT test execution and business testing.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality control of deliverables.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst within software development and shopfloor/manufacturing applications.
• Proficiency with Agile management tools, specifically Jira and AzureDevOps.
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, aeronautical, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong technical understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes in the aeronautical sector.
• Knowledge of aerospace industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Must be based in or able to work in Kinston, NC, USA (Hybrid)
