Business Analyst

TL;DR

Business Analyst: Analyzes complex business problems and develops recommendations by gathering and clarifying business requirements, mapping data elements to business processes, and optimizing end-to-end workflows. Location: US, Arizona, Phoenix (hybrid: split time between on-site at assigned hirify.global site and off-site)

Salary: $52,000.00-$200,000.00 (annual salary range for US locations)

What you will do

• Analyze business problems and develop recommendations by gathering, documenting, and managing complex business and functional requirements.
• Decompose, simplify, and optimize business processes within a business process framework; run business design sessions and blueprinting for future-state tool, process, and people design.
• Identify automation opportunities and coordinate with business and development stakeholders when features or updates are added to projects.
• Relay client feedback, instruct development teams on required amendments, and assess feasibility of proposed features.
• Test feature prototypes with clients and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm prototypes meet project requirements.
• Track and publish key performance indicators (KPIs), review existing reports/metrics, and provide troubleshooting support related to functionality, configuration, and data quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems Data Analytics or related field with 4+ years of relevant Business Analyst experience (or similar role), or Master’s degree with 3+ years.
• Proven experience gathering, documenting, and managing complex business and functional requirements.
• Solid understanding of data structures, data flows, and data quality management.
• Experience leading or supporting UAT and validating solutions against requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across projects, applications, or programs.
