What you will do

• Lead business and functional requirements gathering from intake through implementation.
• Develop current and future-state process documentation, including workflows and RACI matrices.
• Manage user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure traceability across the delivery lifecycle.
• Create training materials and facilitate sessions for end users and managers.
• Partner with project managers to oversee delivery planning, risk management, and status reporting.
• Coordinate user feedback and enhancement requests with product leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a business analyst or project delivery role.
• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to have

• Prior experience leading business analysis for system or process change initiatives.
• Exposure to Agile or other project delivery methodologies.
• Experience supporting UAT planning, execution, and post-go-live stabilization.
