What you will do

  • Lead and manage a team of North American Release Managers and Scrum Masters, ensuring they meet corporate and PMO objectives.
  • Manage, track, and report on software release efforts, facilitating and coordinating iterative, agile approaches to delivery.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and IT to drive prioritization, launch readiness, and communication.
  • Coordinate the creation of detailed release notes, runbooks, and platform architecture diagrams.
  • Facilitate deployment Go/No-Go meetings and support release events through active coordination and issue resolution.
  • Iteratively improve existing release processes to increase efficiency, repeatability, and alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in Release Management, Project/Program Management, or Agile methodologies.
  • 5+ years of experience facilitating software delivery projects across multiple teams and regions.
  • Proven management and leadership experience.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS solutions and Agile frameworks such as Kanban, SAFe, Scrum, and Lean.
  • English: C1 level (Excellent verbal and written communication).
