Manager, NA Release Management (SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead North American Release Managers and Scrum Masters while coordinating with the global release management organization.
• Manage, track, report on, and drive the success of software releases and infrastructure deployments.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, IT, business, technical, and creative teams to coordinate launch readiness, communications, training, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate release notes, runbooks, platform architecture diagrams, deployment bridges, and Go/No-Go meetings.
• Manage release risks and resolve issues affecting scope, schedule, and quality.
• Improve release processes and own Release Engineer hiring initiatives for North America.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Release Management, Project or Program Management, or Agile methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience facilitating software delivery projects across multiple teams and regions.
• Management and leadership experience, including leading direct reports.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Kanban, SAFe, Scrum, or Lean.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Teams, Power BI, and an understanding of SaaS solutions.
